I have resided in Alaska since 1980 and raised my 4 children in the Anchorage and Eagle River areas. Fortunately, I have had the opportunity to be involved in numerous activities from PTA to softball, soccer and football and I have a clear insight into the schools and extra curricular activities centered around schools, church and athletics. I graduated from the University of Alaska with a degree in Business Management - emphasis on marketing. My current hobbies include fishing, gardening, fly-tying, reading and traveling. Welcome! I hope I can help YOU! Meet The Team Katina Olmstead is our marketing manager and transaction specialist. Licensed in 1998, Katina has over a decade of experience helping our buyers and sellers. Kodi McKinley is our buyer specialist. She assists each of our clients in finding the right property to call home. Karmyn Jones is our listing coordinator and marketing specialist. She assists in managing our current listings and designs individualized marketing plans for each property.
